Billing through Patreon

All EroticSaga memberships are billed through Patreon. Because access is granted instantly on payment, memberships are generally non-refundable once premium features have been used.

When we'll make it right

If you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented access, or were billed after cancelling, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case and issue a refund where appropriate via Patreon.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership anytime from your Patreon account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
