Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026 · EroticSaga is for adults 18+ only.
Overview
EroticSaga is designed for discreet use. We do not sell personal information. We do use service providers to operate the site, process prompts, store private content, understand product usage, deliver email, and manage billing. This policy explains those uses plainly.
Information we collect
Account information: email address, authentication records, account settings, and saved characters. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not receive your plain-text password.
Content: prompts, generated stories, chats, finalized voice-call transcripts, story settings, narration requests, and content you choose to save or publish. A homepage or free-writer draft may also be kept in your browser's session storage so it can survive navigation without being placed in the URL.
Billing and access: Patreon membership identifiers, tier, payment status, amount, and access dates. Patreon handles card and payment-account details; those details do not reach EroticSaga.
Usage and technical data: pages viewed, broad device/browser information, referral source, product actions, approximate location derived from IP, session interactions, error logs, and IP address where needed for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
Email: an address you provide for account access, a requested story copy, support, or marketing. Marketing is optional and requires a separate opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Microphone and voice calls: when you deliberately start a companion call, your browser captures speech and converts it to finalized text for the private conversation. Speech recognition may be processed by your browser or operating-system provider, while the finalized transcript is processed by our chat provider and the companion reply by our voice provider. EroticSaga does not continuously record in the background, and microphone access can be withdrawn in browser settings.
How we use information
We use it to generate and save content, operate accounts and companion features, provide audio, activate paid access, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot the product, measure the signup and checkout funnel, provide support, meet legal obligations, and send messages you requested or consented to receive.
Service providers and sharing
We share only the information needed for a provider to perform its service. Current categories include Supabase for authentication and database storage, DigitalOcean's generative AI service for story, chat, and finalized call-transcript processing, Patreon for membership billing, browser speech-recognition services and voice-generation providers when you request a call or narration, email-delivery providers, hosting and security providers, and analytics services configured through Google Tag Manager, including Microsoft Clarity. These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. A story is shared publicly only when you choose to publish it.
Analytics and session recordings
Analytics help us find broken pages and improve conversion. Microsoft Clarity may capture clicks, scrolling, page visits, and a visual replay of page interaction. Google Tag Manager delivers measurement tags and product events. We configure our own product events not to send story text, character names, or prompts, but analytics providers may still receive technical and page-level data. Sensitive homepage prompts are stored in session storage instead of URLs.
Companion-call analytics contain only non-sensitive operational labels such as persona identifier, access type, mode, duration range, and error category. They do not contain microphone audio, transcripts, prompts, email addresses, or message text.
Retention and security
Account data and saved content are generally kept while your account exists. Marketing records are kept as needed to honor consent and unsubscribe choices. Billing, security, email-delivery, and system logs are retained only as needed for operations, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Deletion may take time to propagate through backups and provider systems.
We use access controls and row-level database protections to keep saved stories private to the account by default. No online service can promise absolute security; use a unique password and keep access to your email account secure.
Your choices
You can delete stories, choose whether to publish, unsubscribe from marketing email, manage or cancel billing through Patreon, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data. Browser controls may limit cookies and analytics, although some security and login functions require storage to work.
