Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use eroticsaga.com and the EroticSaga apps (“EroticSaga”, “we”, “us”). By using EroticSaga you agree to them, to our content policy, and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Adults only

EroticSaga contains explicit adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live, to use it. You confirm this when you sign in. Don't use EroticSaga where adult content is illegal.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who can read your sign-in codes can open your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.

3. Memberships and billing

Paid plans are sold as Patreon memberships and billed by Patreon in US dollars. Plans renew monthly until you cancel on Patreon; cancelling stops future charges and your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates. Refunds follow our refund policy. Plan features and limits are listed on the pricing page and may change; we'll tell members about changes that reduce what a current plan includes.

4. AI-generated content

Stories, chat replies, roleplay, narration, and voice calls are generated by AI. They are fiction. They can be inaccurate, repetitive, or not what you asked for, and they are not advice of any kind. Companions are fictional characters, not people. Don't rely on anything the AI says for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

5. Your stories

You keep the rights you have in the prompts you write and the stories you save. Private stories and chats stay private to your account. When you publish a story to the public library, you let us host, display, and link to it on EroticSaga (including in search results and the sitemap) until you unpublish or delete it. You are responsible for what you publish, and it must follow the content policy. We may remove published content that breaks these terms or the content policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• create or share content that breaks the content policy, including anything sexual involving minors or real, identifiable people;
• use EroticSaga to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone;
• try to get around usage limits, paywalls, or security measures, or share paid access;
• scrape, copy, or resell the service, or overload it with automated requests;
• break the law where you or we are.

7. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using EroticSaga at any time, delete your stories from My Stories, and cancel your membership on Patreon. To delete your account, email us from the address you sign in with.

8. The service is provided as is

We work to keep EroticSaga available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features can change, and the service can be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell members by email about significant changes. Continuing to use EroticSaga after a change means you accept the new terms.
